Risk Pilot offers consulting services in all areas related to risk management, specializing in risks in the power industry.
Our services cover mainly technical and organizational risk analyses, but we also carry out services related to licensing renewal, accident investigations and hold courses and seminars in the field of risk management.
Risk Pilot was established in 2003 with the aim of offering companies our qualified expertise in risk management. Risk Pilot combines high-level competence in risk management for technical systems, with unique know-how of risk management in organizations.
The foundation stones of Risk Pilot lie in our deep knowledge and many years of experience in technical and organizational risk analyses, which have mainly been designed for and implemented in the nuclear industry. This is an industry that has traditionally set very high standards for risk management.

There are no translations available. Risk Pilot har knutit två mycket erfarna personer till bolaget, Björn Pihlgren och Ulf Sandberg. Båda har jobbat på Forsmark under många år. Björn har under åren jobbat på flera olika avdelningar, däribland elkontoret, teknikkontoret och tvärteknikgruppen. I dag är huvudarbetsområdena skalventiler och utformning av SAR. Ulf har lång erfarenhet av provning samt svets- och materialteknik. De senaste åren har Ulf även jobbat med SAR-frågor inom dessa områden. På Risk Pilot är vi mycket glada över att Björn och Ulf har valt att fortsätta sina karriärer på Risk Pilot och vi hälsar dem varmt välkomna!

Magnus Ekenved started work at the Risk Pilot Gothenburg office on 1 September. Magnus has a master of science in chemical engineering and has worked with nuclear power since 1991. Most of that time, Magnus worked at Ringhals with security-related issues, deterministic and probabilistic safety assessments. Magnus has very sound knowledge of plants for pressurized water and boiling water reactors. During the last few years, Magnus has worked with new construction issues in nuclear power. We wish Magnus a very warm welcome to the company!

The demand for Risk Pilot’s services is increasing and on 1 September we opened our new office in Gothenburg. We already have offices in Stockholm and Malmö. Magnus Ekenved, with more than 20 years of experience in the nuclear industry, has been recruited as manager of the Gothenburg office. There is a strong demand for our services in the region, not least from Ringhals AB, and we see our Gothenburg office as an important part of the company's continued expansion.

Carl Sunde started work at the recently opened Risk Pilot Gothenburg Office on 29 August. Carl holds a master of science degree in engineering physics and a doctorate in reactor physics. Both of these degrees were taken at Chalmers University of Technology. Carl has also studied business administration. Since 2007 he has worked as a consultant in the area of risk and safety analysis. He has experience of both deterministic and probabilistic safety analyses for Swedish nuclear power plants. In addition, Carl has experience in education and training from his time at Chalmers and as a consultant. Among other things, he has taught station engineers at both Oskarshamn and Ringhals in reactor physics for KSU (Nuclear Power Safety and Training). We wish Carl a very warm welcome to the company!
